At its core, WH Cricket is about empowerment, support, and breaking down barriers that have traditionally limited women's participation in the sport. The brand is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space where women and girls can not only learn and play but also become leaders in the cricketing world. By offering structured learning programs, expert coaching, and a thriving community, WH Cricket is paving the way for a stronger, more diverse future in the game.

One of the major challenges in women's cricket has been accessibility to learning resources. WH Cricket is tackling this head-on by providing high-quality training materials, coaching courses, and online tutorials, making it easier than ever for women and girls to develop their skills no matter where they are. With a focus on structured learning and expert guidance, WH Cricket ensures that aspiring players and coaches have the resources they need to succeed. This year, WH Cricket’s roadmap includes live events, virtual meets and more course content.

Another key pillar of WH Cricket’s mission is to create a safe space for all women and girls in cricket. Many female players have faced challenges in finding training environments that are welcoming and supportive. As part of their partnership with HerGameToo, WH Cricket is dedicated to empowering young players. By helping to build a safe & secure environment for girls in which they can thrive. The brand will bring an inclusive atmosphere where players can train with confidence, free from intimidation or outdated stereotypes.

WH Cricket also seeks to remove the barriers that women and girls experience in training. Whether it's limited access to quality coaching, lack of playing opportunities, or the absence of female role models in the sport, WH Cricket is working to eliminate these obstacles. Kit can often be an issue, with girls having to resort to unisex, badly-fitted clothing that affects performance on the pitch. By partnering with clothing retailer Maiden Cricket, WH Cricket’s kit offerings will provide access to cricket clothing designed specifically for females. After launching last year with girls' sizes, Maiden Cricket has an exciting year ahead - including the addition of women's sizes and the introduction of teamwear for schools, clubs, and universities. Stay tuned for more updates on this!

Beyond training and skill development, WH Cricket is committed to building a safe and supportive community for aspiring players and coaches. The WH Cricket membership, provided by sports brand LOKKAROOM, is a paid monthly subscription where WH Cricket members can get a huge host of benefits including discounts and savings on course content, brand merchandise and kit. With behind-the-scenes content, additional resources, podcasts and interviews, this membership will show even more of a female’s cricket experience. A portion of the membership fees will also be used to form grants that young cricketers can apply for to help remove even more barriers that are faced by women in cricket.

With a clear mission to transform the landscape of women’s cricket, WH Cricket is not just a brand - it’s a movement. By championing accessibility, inclusivity, and empowerment, Courtney and Lauren Winfield-Hill are ensuring that the next generation of female cricketers and coaches have every opportunity to thrive. The future of women's cricket is here, and WH Cricket is leading the way.
